Vendor Insurance Requirement

All participating exhibitors are required to have business liability insurance coverage for the dates of the event including all move‐in days.

If you currently have business liability insurance, you will just need to request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from your agency with Southeast Productions, Inc, and its agents as additionally insured, and provide it to us before the first move‐in day of the event. Temporary Exhibitor Event Liability Insurance will be available for a reduced Liability Insurance Requirements premium of $65.

Forklift Services

Herc Rentals

 A limited number of Forklifts are provided at the show to use as a first come first serve basis. Should you need a forklift for an extended amount of time to set your displays, We recommend renting your own Forklift to exclusively use for the week  - $493 plus Delivery for the Week.

We highly suggest this service if you foresee needing a Forklift to use at your own leisure and to mitigate prolonged use of shared Forklifts. This accommodation also safeguards forklift availability for the move in & move out process.
