Internet & Wifi

 Secured Wireless internet is available free of charge throughout the facility. Log‐in information will be provided during check‐in.  If you need hard wired service you can  contact the facility directly at  (804) 994‐2802 to discuss options  available. 

Vendor Insurance Requirement

All participating exhibitors are required to have business liability insurance coverage for the dates of the event including all move‐in days.

If you currently have business liability insurance, you will just need to request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from your agency with Southeast Productions, Inc, and its agents as additionally insured, and provide it to us before the first move‐in day of the event. Temporary Exhibitor Event Liability Insurance will be available for a reduced Liability Insurance Requirements premium of $65.

Reserve Online

Reservations for Camp Sites must now be done in advance online. This is for the sites behind the Farm Bureau Building; Pictured Above and Circled in Red.

*Please note per the Event Center  RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL 

$55.00 per Night Fee for Full Hook-Up
