Electric & Internet

Get Connected with Smart City Networks

Smart City Networks provides Electric and Internet for the Charlotte Convention Center.  You have the option to order directly from there website or order during move-in. Please Note, Smart City has a representative onsite during move-in with limited hours, We will do our best to make you aware of their availability.

Vendor Insurance Requirement

All participating exhibitors are required to have business liability insurance coverage for the dates of the event including all move‐in days.

If you currently have business liability insurance, you will just need to request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from your agency with Southeast Productions, Inc, and its agents as additionally insured, and provide it to us before the first move‐in day of the event. Temporary Exhibitor Event Liability Insurance will be available for a reduced Liability Insurance Requirements premium of $65.
