2026 Vendor Space Availability

 Vendor spaces are very limited at this time for the 2026 Christmas Carousel Holiday Gift Market and many product catagories are closed out.  If you would like to inquire about being a vendor for this years event, please email us at info@christmascarousel.com and include pictures of your product(s) and display or… call our office at 336-855-0208 to discuss space availability.

  We were recently made aware of an active email scam involving vendor space availability and links for sign-up and payment for the 2026 Christmas Carousel.  This is a PHISHING SCAM so please do not interact with the email or any links provided. If you have any questions about availability in the 2026 event, please contact us directly at info@christmascarousel.com or call our office direct at 336-855-0208.   Space in 2026 Christmas Carousel is very limited at this time so vendor requests are managed on an individual basis.

Example Booths

Internet & Wifi

 Secured Wireless internet is available free of charge throughout the facility.

 Log‐in information will be provided during check‐in. 

Vendor Insurance Requirement

All participating exhibitors are required to have business liability insurance coverage for the dates of the event including all move‐in days.

If you currently have business liability insurance, you will just need to request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from your agency with Southeast Productions, Inc, and its agents as additionally insured, and provide it to us before the first move‐in day of the event. Temporary Exhibitor Event Liability Insurance will be available for a reduced Liability Insurance Requirements premium of $65.
